- MY STORY -

I started working out when I was 15 because I truly wanted to feel better and stronger, physically and mentally. I played many sports at a high level and wanted to physically surpass my competition. As I grew up and my sports days ended, I became more and more interested in taking care of my health and fitness. I had more time to go to the gym, more funds to obtain proper nutrition, and more of an understanding on why I wanted to focus on my health and fitness so much. I have a deep desire to be the best version of myself and live a healthy and happy life and to show others how to do the same.

- MY ETHOS -

I believe that it’s all about consistency. If you work hard and get to a point where you're happy with how you look and feel, you can be more flexible with your diet and enjoy a balanced life. If you’re trying to drastically change your life, you have to remain disciplined with your training and eat clean. With this comes a healthier happier life. 
 
With training I believe that you should lift/train with your mind and not your ego. Everyone is different and everyone should train according to what works best for them. Consistency is key and the little things matter. Not only will it help you physically, but it also keeps you mentally strong, too.

- MY MOTIVATION -

I want to become the best version of myself and knowing that there is always room for improvement keeps me hungry and motivated. I’m also motivated daily to help my clients achieve a healthy and happy life.
